MCHS Toy Drive was an Amazing Success!

The 2017 Sophomore Class Toy Drive was an absolute success. Over 400 toys were collected and donated to the surrounding MCISD elementary schools (Cavazos, Waitz and Cantu). "We are very proud of the work we are doing at MCHS to contribute to our extended community and we are always looking for opportunities to give back." -Mrs. Sanchez, Sophomore Class Co-Sponsor.

MCHS Receives Congressional Recognition

U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar awarded Mission Collegiate High School with Congressional Recognition for earning the Silver Award in "America's Healthiest Schools" as part of the "Alliance for A Healthier Generation." We are the only high school in South Texas to be awarded the Silver Award.

Business Professionals of America Earn Letterman Jackets

They are the 2017-2018 Mission Collegiate High School recipients of a letterman jacket for Business Professionals of America (BPA). Students are required to be juniors or seniors, compete at the BPA Regional Leadership Conference, complete community service hours, and participate in the promotion of BPA.

Door Decorating Contest Winners!

We concluded a very successful Red Ribbon Week with the judging of the Door Decorating Contest. All our teachers did a phenomenal job! First place was awarded to Coach Rosales, second place went to Mrs. Krystania Sanchez and third place went to Ms. Cynthia Lopez.

Red Ribbon Week Kicks Off!

The theme for this year's Red Ribbon Week campaign is "Your Future is Key, So Stay Drug Free." MCHS students are pledging to be drug-free and showing their support to this campaign by participating in the various designated themes for the week.
