STC Spring 2022 Commencement Ceremony Logistics & Details
- Graduate Drop-Off Location
- All graduates must be at the arena at least ONE HOUR before their scheduled ceremony.
- Students graduating need to be dropped off and enter the South Entrance designated for Graduates only.
- Graduates will not be allowed to use the main/general entrance therefore they need to be dropped off or walk directly to the South Entrance.
- Busses must use the “Alberta RD” entrance on the South side and drop off students at the designated Graduate Entrance. (South Entrance- Map Attached).
- Traffic control staff will assist with drop off and parking location for busses.
- Parents or additional staff attending ceremony must have their e-tickets and use the main/general entrance.
